SPEC Innovations Awarded Contract Northern Virginia, January 15, 2010 Systems and Proposal Engineering Company (SPEC Innovations) announced that it has been awarded a continued contract by the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Dahlgren Division to continue providing support through 2010. Work will be performed primarily in Dalgren, VA and Northern Virginia. NSWC, Dahlgren Division is a premier research and development center that serves as a specialty site for weapon system integration. SPEC Innovations has supported NSWC, Dahlgren Division since December 01, 2008.
