Senior Mission Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time Contract Position.
Clearance Level Needed: All individuals performing technical support under this Task Order are required to have, as a minimum, a Secret security clearance. Interim clearances are acceptable.
Years of Experience: Eight years experience in 6 of the first 8 areas. (See Position Summary)
Degrees: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Position Summary
A Senior Mission Analyst must demonstrate 8 years experience in 6 of the first 8 areas in the following areas:
Area 1
Military (DOD) service in operational and mission planning.
Area 2
Familiarity with the DOD Joint Capability Areas (JCA).
Area 3
Implementing and applying the Unified Joint Task List (UJTL), Joint Mission Essential Tasks (JMET), and Mission Essential Tasks (MET) in support of military requirements.
Area 4
Demonstrated understanding of system engineering and risk methodologies.
Area 5
Experience at the DOD Joint Staff, J3, J5, J7 or J8 levels.
Area 6
Work experience in a Federal, State, or other Government organization such as FEMA, Dept of Transportation, Dept of Energy, Dept of State, Dept of Homeland Security, etc., for which they performed organizational / system functional analysis, developed COOP / COG plans, identified mission / organizational critical items and supporting resources or performed risk analysis or cost benefit analysis.
Area 7
Translating military missions into the system engineering methodology in military applications for both the abstract analytical and on-the-ground risk assessment processes.
Area 8
Instruction / training experience; military experience is preferred. This includes the development of training curricula and teaching aids that meet computer based training requirements.
Area 9
At least two of the initially-proposed Mission Analysts shall be cleared at the TS/SCI level. This requirement applies at time of award and throughout performance.
