Senior Risk Analyst

Location(s): Northern Virginia. Travel Involved: Limited Travel. Job Type: Full-Time Contract Position. Clearance Level Needed: All individuals performing technical support under this Task Order are required to have, as a minimum, a Secret security clearance. Interim clearances are acceptable. Several individuals, including the Program Manager are required to have a final Top Secret clearance with SCI access. Years of Experience: Eight years experience in 3 of the first 4 areas. (See Position Summary) Degrees: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Position Summary A Senior Risk Analyst must demonstrate 8 years experience in 3 of the first 4 areas in the following areas: Area 1 Applied risk management as well as proven risk methodology and algorithm development, cost benefit analyses, and probability assessment expertise. Area 2 Evaluation and recommendation of COTS risk tools for executing automated risk management. Area 3 Definition of risk requirements and providing requirements for modification of COTS risk tools. Area 4 Experience with risk analysis tasking in support of any of the military services or other federal agencies such as FEMA, Department of Transportation, Department of Energy, Department of State, or Department of Homeland Security. Area 5 At least one of the initially-proposed Risk Analysts shall be cleared at the TS/SCI level. This requirement applies at time of award and throughout performance. |
