Requirements Management 101
with John Schatz

Join us Tuesday, May 28th at 11 AM ET to improve your project development with our webinar, "Requirements Management 101." John Schatz, Vice President of SPEC Innovations, John Schatz, will use this session to equip you with insights and tools to excel in Requirements Management.

Ambiguous project objectives can cause costly delays and rework. Tackle this by mastering the art of Requirements Management. Requirements Management is the process of gathering, documenting, analyzing, and tracking stakeholder needs to ensure that a project delivers desired outcomes within the scope, budget, and schedule. It is the foundation of successful project execution, guiding every phase throughout the lifecycle.

At this webinar, John Schatz will give attendees all the tools to gain an understanding of:

  • Statements vs. Requirements
  • Requirements Hierarchy
  • Requirements Quality

But theory alone isn't enough. That's why we'll provide a live demonstration of Requirements Management in our tool, Innoslate, showcasing its Requirements Document and Quality Checker.

We value your input and insights, which is why we've dedicated time at the end for an interactive Q&A session. Come prepared with your questions, challenges, and aspirations, taking advantage of the wisdom of our presenter and fellow participants.

Don't miss this opportunity to elevate your Requirements Management skills and, ultimately, your projects. Register today to reserve your spot, and master Requirements Management. If you cannot make it, register regardless to receive the recording and slides straight to your inbox. We hope to see you there!
